1. BIHARWADI MISSION - "शिक्षा समाधान" RESOLUTION FOR EDUCATION
Bihar has huge potential of human resource development. But the poor state of education in Bihar is not hidden from anyone. Every year, lakhs of students are forced to leave schools because of poverty and deprivation. Education infrastructure and support system despite some improvements, are still in bad shape.
Aim of the Mission is to provide MONETARY as well as MENTORSHIP support to children's belonging to economically weaker sections of the society. The First aim is to provide free "RESOURSES"- Books, Play kits, Writing Materials, etc. to the children of weaker section in rural areas.
Secondly, providing "MENTORSHIP". The Mission is intended to motivate, both the Child and Parents for continuing and completing school education. Minimizing school drop-outs of the childrens, particularly those coming from economically weaker sections of society is focus area.
The Mission provides "SCHOLARSHIPS" to needy and eligible students for training into COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS and PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT for BPSC & UPSC. The Mission has aim to build One "LIBRARY" in each "VILLAGE PANCHAYAT" in next five years along with building Libraries in District Headquarters for students preparing for Competitive exams .
2. BIHARWADI MISSION - कौशल बिहार, कुशल बिहार Skill Bihar for Skilled Bihar
Bihar's population is the driving force of the economy, and at Biharwadi Mission Foundation, we are providing support for skill development & enhancement programs for the youth. We impart skills training and provide employment opportunities to the young workforce, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, and provide workforce solutions to the industry. This skill development program will help one succeed in different national-level programs like Skill India, Digital India, Make in India, etc.
Our Mission is to provide a robust Institutional Framework in Bihar to implement skilling activities. We aim to impart skill training and knowledge sharing that significantly increase on-the-job productivity, thereby enhancing Workers contributions to the Nation's Development goals. We aim to build a skilled workforce in Bihar to fulfill the gap between demand and supply.
Skill Development is the process of identification of the skills gap in youth and providing skilling training & employment benefits to them. Our Skill development programs aim to acknowledge the ability of the youth and extend our support by serving them with the proper guidance, infrastructure, opportunities, and encouragement that help them achieve their ambitions.
The benefits of Skill Development include increased business profits, improved performance, improved accuracy & quality, improved communication, compliance with rules & regulations, improved recruitment & career opportunities, and development of good customer relations.
3. BIHARWADI MISSION - "स्वास्थ्य समाधान" RESOLUTION for HEALTH
Although demographic improvements have been noted in the past years, the incidence of various diseases remains high and socioeconomic status low in Bihar. Protein-energy malnutrition, nutritional anemia and blindness are common. Safe drinking water and sanitary facilities are still not available to a large number of people. Furthermore, a number of communicable diseases are prevalent in the country.
The aim of this Mission is to ensure all necessary health support to socially economically weaker sections of population in Bihar . This Initiative mainly focused on providing Monetary Support for medicinal remedies to "old age persons", "women" and "children" from disadvantaged sections of society. Creating awareness among the rural people particularly Old Age, Women and Youth about importance of Good Health is also the task.
Our "Mobile Healthcare Program" seeks to provide healthcare referral Services to destitute elders, women, children and other community members through its Mobile Healthcare Units (Ambullance). These MHUs go into the interiors of villages, facilitating healthcare referral services virtually at the doorsteps of the needy.
These MHPs also conduct specialized health camps on various diseases and free health check-ups are conducted. The MHPs also conducts awareness generating camps, with the help of social workers for empowerment of the disadvantaged elders, women and others. Spread of information on various diseases and educating the masses on the various preventive measures that can be taken to prevent the onset of any deadly disease.
4. BIHARWADI MISSION - "खेल-कूद समाधान" "RESOLUTION For SPORTS"
Bihar along with historical legacy and acedemic excellence also not lags behind in the field of sports. The state has produced many talented sport persons and athletes who made the nation proud. This state is famous for its local levels sports activities as much as one can see its contributions in the national games and athletics. No matter either it is traditional sports like kabaddi, gulli danda and various other regional games to boxing, cricket, hockey, volleyball and football , this state has always supported sports activities to empower its youth in attaining fitness level and assuring healthy and bright future.
The subsequent governments have always made it a point to support games and sports activities in Bihar . Biharwadi Mission Foundation also come forward to give impetus to various games and sports activities.The main Aim of this Mission is to promote "Skill for Sports" in rural areas. The initiative also promotes awareness about "Career in Sports" among the rural masses.
Inculcating "Motivation and Self Confidence" in rural masses about physical activities and sports is important aim of the mission.
It also intends to provides Financial Assistance for organisation of Sports League and development of infrastructure and other activities for promotion of sports.
The Mission will also facilitate special training and coaching in relevant sports disciplines by the sports persons, coaches and sports specialists at Village Level;
5. BIHARWADI MISSION - "हरित बिहार, स्वच्छ बिहार" GREEN BIHAR, CLEAN BIHAR
Bihar has the potential to be the model state in every sense. It’s rich in minerals, plenty of water bodies. Sharp and intelligent people. But, in past few decades ago, Bihar, its people, and its environment are still suffering.
This large-scale initiative aims to preserve the climate, conserve and rejuvenate water bodies, prevent water pollution, maintain groundwater levels, ensure adequate water availability, climate-resilient agriculture, energy conservation, and raise public awareness about climate change is need of the hour.
The main aim of GREEN BIHAR, CLEAN BIHAR Mission include planting trees beside roads, public parks etc. to make the village and city green. Promotes eco-friendly behaiour and environmental awareness among the rural masses is also important task of the mission.
This initiative is intended to create awareness and consciousness among the rural masses about physical cleanliness & Sanitation. It intends to create facilities for clean drinkable water in the Interiors of Villages and Urban Slums.
6. BIHARWADI MISSION - "सर्वेक्षण" SARVEKSHAN
Mission SARVEKSHAN is a Survey division of BMF. We conduct high level professional ethical technology driven field surveys to collect data.
We believe that Government initiatives and decisions are only as good as the reliability and validity of Data about peoples social, economic, educational cultural, health conditions. Therefor our aim is to provide trustworthy, high quality data related to Bihar to Government organisations, Educational Institutions, Labour Bureaus etc.
Mission SARVEKSHAN also intends to provide support and secretariat services to the Multinational or National Industry and business corporation for setting up their bases in Bihar.
Types of Data Collection :- Socio-Economic and Demographic Surveys; Migration; Skill and Livelihood; Environment and Ecology; Agriculture; Education; Gender and Empowerment; Child Protection and Rights; Water Sanitation and Hygene; Health and Nutrition; Natural Disaster and Rescue.

7. BIHARWADI MISSION - "जागो बिहार जागो" JAGO BIHAR JAGO
Biharwadi Mission aims to make the People more aware and responsive to government policies and program initiatives through New Media (Social Media). It also aims to give feedback to governing institutions about peoples expectations so that the institutions could be more responsive and deliver on long-term public interests. For this purpose The Foundation has initiated "Jago Bihar Jago Campaign.
This campaign aims to make people aware about the Government Policies & Programmes and maximise satisfaction and experience with public services. This also intends to evaluate of government action for rural development in long-term and short term basis . The Volunteers of the Mission will listen to grievances of the public & consult the government officials to engage and explain peoples concerns for resolution of issues.
Building public trust in the government is important aim of this campaign. Trust is the foundation for the legitimacy of public institutions and a functioning democratic system. It is crucial for maintaining political participation and social cohesion.
Role of Social Activists in establishing trust between Governing Institutions and Public would be important in this respect.
8. BIHARWADI MISSION - "स्वाभिमान" SWABHIMAN (SOCIAL NETWORKING of BIHAR)
Biharwadi Mission Foundation is committed to inculcate sense of Pride & Self Respect in Bihari fraternity by mobilizing their motivation and inculcating strong feelings for development of Bihar. Mission SWABHIMAN intends to encourage Consciousness of common kind - Bihari Consciousness - above and over conciouness of Caste, Class, Language, Religion etc. Creating a Social Netwoerk of Successful persons from different fields is the primary Aim of Mission Swabhiman. This Network will act as a reference group for others for motivation and achievements.
Strengthening Collective Consciousness and Confidence for Achievement among Youth of Bihar through various Programmes i.e. MOTIVATIONAL TALKS, AWARD CEREMONIES, MASS CONNECT etc. Is the important aim of the Mission. Relating and creating a Network of People belonging to different Sections and Sectors of Bihar for a collective effort to realize the past glory of Bihar is is also the significance Aim of the Mission Swabhiman.
