The basic ideology of Mission is to Promote the conciouness of "PRIDE & SELF RESPECT" among the people of Bihar (BIHARI SWABHIMAN). Mission is aimed to create a Consciousness of "BIHARWAD" above and over the Cociousness of "Caste, Language & Region".
In past 75 Years after independence, society of Bihar has remained divided in the name of caste, region, language and at times religion too. Although different political parties and governments have contributed to development of Bihar. But unfortunately because of 'Politicization of Caste, Region etc. new forms of divisions has emerged. "Politicisation of Caste" has not only divided the People of Bihar, but Pride of Bihar too.
The time has come that We the 'People of Bihar' get united and integrated to promote BIHARWAD and give up the ideology of Jatiwad (Casteism), Kshetrawad (Regionalism) etc. We have to be "Biharwadi" First, Think of Bihar's Development first, contribute to development of Bihar in best possible way. We have to be Bihari First and foremost for re-attaining the lost glory of Bihar.
One of the Social problems of Bihar is that large number of population is Underprivileged and Disadvantaged. Biharwadi Mission Foundation has Vision to improve the Quality of life of Underprivileged & Disadvantaged Elderly, Youth, Children & Women and maintaining their dignity through providing Social and Economic opportunities, and developing an Empathetic Ecosystem of Cooperation based on BIHARWAD.
The overall approach of the Mission is to play a transformational role in society. The Mission is oriented to bring Ideological Transformation by putting BIHARWAD ahead and above Caste, Language, Region etc. Biharwadi Mission Foundation is dedicated to promise "Sense of Pride" among people of Bihar - "Proud Bihari". Assertive Identity of Bihari ie the Key to Self Confidence and Motivation for Social mobility, and that's what the Mission aim to realize.
Biharwadi Mission is focused on problem areas of Underprivileged and Disadvantaged Sections of Society and creating an Ecosystem for Cooperation, Commitment, Dedication, Trust, Care, Compassion and Love for each other above and over the Ecosystem Caste, Region, Religion etc.
This Mission aimed to create a Network of People who are willing too contribute in our endeavour of Empowering people of Bihar, willing to be part of an ecosystem for Cooperation, Commitment, Dedication, Care, Compassion and Love for each other (above and over the Ecosystem Caste & Region.). The idea of Biharwadi means "Bihar & Bihari's Development" to be in the core of "Thought & Action" each and every Bihari.
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts.
Bihar has huge potential of human resource development. But the poor state of education in Bihar is not hidden from anyone. Every year, lakhs of students are forced to leave schools because of poverty and deprivation. Education infrastructure and support system despite some improvements, are still in bad shape..

We impart skills training and provide employment opportunities to the young workforce, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, and provide workforce solutions to the industry. This skill development program will help one succeed in different national-level programs like Skill India, Digital India, Make in India, etc.
Last donation 1w agoAlthough demographic improvements have been noted in the past years, the incidence of various diseases remains high and socioeconomic status low in Bihar. Protein-energy malnutrition, nutritional anemia and blindness are common. Safe drinking water and sanitary facilities are still not available to a large number of people. Furthermore, a number of communicable diseases are prevalent in the country.

The state has produced many talented sport persons and athletes who made the nation proud. This state is famous for its local levels sports activities as much as one can see its contributions in the national games and athletics.
